JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (April 22, 2022) – The Buccaneers are coming to a city a near you!
On Friday, the East Tennessee State University Department of Intercollegiate Athletics announced information regarding its seventh annual Game Time Tour events. The Bucs will make seven stops across the region beginning April 27.
“We are really excited to get back on the road again and connect with our fans during these Game Time Tour events,” said ETSU Athletic Director Scott Carter. “We haven’t had this opportunity since 2019, and it will be nice getting back into the communities who show so much support for our Buccaneers. We will introduce our coaches, talk about our programs and celebrate the return of one of our great athletic department traditions.”
The Game Time Tour events are free to the general public and will be highlighted by question-and-answer sessions with first-year ETSU football head coach George Quarles, women’s basketball head coach Simon Harris and men’s basketball head coach Desmond Oliver. The tour stops will allow ETSU supporters the opportunity to meet Buccaneer coaches and administrators, receive season ticket information and learn what is taking shape around ETSU Athletics for the upcoming 2022-23 season.
