SPARTANBURG, S.C. (May 30, 2017) – With the completion of the spring seasons of league competition, the ETSU men’s programs were awarded its second-straight Southern Conference Commissioner’s Cup, which is the all-sport trophy that is presented to the conference’s best all-around men’s program.
JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (April 5, 2017) – On Tuesday, April 11th, the ETSU Department of Intercollegiate Athletics will launch a special day of giving in support of Buccaneer student-athletes.
JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (April 4, 2017) – The ETSU Department of Intercollegiate Athletics will host its annual “BIG Buccaneer Bash” Excellence Fund Auction in support of the program’s student-athletes this Saturday evening, April 8th at the ETSU/Mountain States Health Alliance Athletics Center.

(March 9, 2017) – During a gathering inside the ETSU/MSHA Athletics Center Thursday afternoon, the ETSU Department of Intercollegiate Athletics unveiled innovative fund-raising initiatives aimed at improving facilities and developing new resources that will provide opportunities for student-athletes throughout the Buccaneers program.
SPARTANBURG, S.C. (January 17, 2017) – The Southern Conference on Tuesday announced its Fall Academic All-Conference team with 45 ETSU student-athletes receiving academic all-conference recognition.
TALLAHASSE, Fla. (November 11, 2016) – The NCAA South Region Championships marked the end of the season for the ETSU cross country program as both the men and women squared off with stiff regional competition on Friday morning.
JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (November 10, 2016) – Qualifying spots in the NCAA Cross Country Championships are on the line on Friday, November 11 as the ETSU cross country program heads to Tallahassee, Fla. for the NCAA South Region Championships.
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (October 29, 2016) – On Saturday morning at Camp Jordan Arena in Chattanooga, Tenn., the ETSU cross country program recorded a pair of third place finishes at the 2016 Southern Conference Cross Country Championships.
JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (October 28, 2016) – The ETSU cross country program prepares for their biggest meet of the season as the Bucs head to the Southern Conference Championships on Saturday, October 29 at Camp Jordan Arena, hosted by the University of Tennessee-Chattanooga.
KERNERSVILLE, N.C. (October 14, 2016) – The ETSU cross country program had a tremendous showing at the VertCross Invitational on Friday night as the men’s team finished third while the women’s team finished ninth.
JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (October 13, 2016) – Its been 13 days since the ETSU cross country program has competed as the Buccaneers head to Kernersville, N.C. to race in the HPU Vert Cross Country Invitational on Friday, October 14.
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (October 1, 2016) – The ETSU cross country program faced stiff competition on Saturday at the Greater Louisville Classic on Saturday going up against national and regional ranked competition.
JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (September 30, 2016) – The ETSU cross country program will be back in action on Saturday as they head to Louisville, Ky. to take part in the Greater Louisville Cross Country Classic at Tom Sawyer Park.
NEW ORLEANS (September 27, 2016) – For the second time this fall season the ETSU men’s cross country team is ranked 15th in the USTFCCCA South Region.
SPARTANBURG, S.C. (September 21, 2016) – The Southern Conference announced on Wednesday that freshman Adam Bradtmueller (Sarasota, Fla.) of men’s cross country has been named SoCon Cross Country Runner of the Week as voted on by the league’s coaches.
BLACKSBURG, Va. (September 16 2016) – At the Virginia Tech Alumni Invitational on Friday afternoon the ETSU cross country program recorded a pair of strong showings as the men’s team finished fourth while the women’s team finished fifth.
JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (Sept.15, 2016) – For the fifth straight year the ETSU cross country program will head to Blacksburg, Va. for one of the nation’s top cross country meets, the Virginia Tech Alumni Invitational.

BOONE, N.C. (September 2 2016) – In the first cross country meet of the season both the men and women ETSU cross country teams recorded top five finishes at the Covered Bridge Open in Boone, N.C. on Friday.
SPARTANBURG, S.C. (September 1, 2016) – On the eve of the beginning of the 2016 campaign the Southern Conference announced its preseason coaches’ poll with the men selected to finish second while the women were predicted to finish fourth.
