2006 Cross Country: Redshirted

2006 Outdoor: Finished third in the 3000-meters at the Western Carolina Invitational, marking a season best � posted season-bests at the A-Sun Championships in both the 5000-meters and 10000-meters.

2006 Indoor: Finished first in the 3000-meters snapping the tape in 11:03.99, at the Appalachian Invitational.

2005 Cross Country: Ran in six events � named to the all-conference freshmen team � had season best 10th place finish in collegiate debut at the Virginia Tech Invitational� was also the first Buccaneer to cross the finish line at Virginia Tech� finished 30th at the Atlantic Sun Championships� was the first Buc to cross the line at the NCAA South Regional, finishing 77th. 

Prep: four-time letter winner in both cross country and track� three-time sectional qualifier in cross country and two-time in track.
