2021 Cross Country: Ran in all six meets for the Bucs ... Finished ninth at the Golden Eagle Invitational with a time of 26:02.2 ... Set a personal best 8K time at the Louisville Classic where he clocked ini at 25:01.2 ... Also, set personal best 10K time at the South Regional with a mark of 32:21.2 ... Placed 20th at the SoCon Championship. 

2021 Track & Field: Competed in four indoor meets on the season...opened with a fourth place finish in the mile at the VMI Team Challenge (Jan. 23)...grabbed his first collegiate win with a 8:42.43 time in the 3000m at the Buccaneer T&F Invitational (Feb. 5-6)...grabbed PRs in both the mile (4:17.18) and the 3000m (8:30.67) at the Music City Challenge...was a member of the distance medley relay team that secured third place at the Southern Conference Indoor Track and Field Championships (Feb. 27-28), while also running a personal best of 15:24.93 in the 5000m.

2020 Cross Country: Ran in both meets for the Bucs as the season was reduced due to COVID ... Helped guide ETSU to the win at the Newberry Invitational on Oct. 20 where he placed fifth in 26:45.8 ... Posted an 11th-place finish at the SoCon Championships, finishing iin 25:54 .. Earned second team all-SoCon honors at the post-race ceremony.  

2020 Track & Field*: Opened his season at the 2020 ETSU Track and Field Invitational (Jan. 10-11) with a time of 8:57.68 in the 3000m run for a fifth place finish…placed second in the mile at the VMI Team Challenge (Jan. 25)…placed seventh in the 3000m run at the Buccaneer Track & Field Invitational (Jan 31-Feb 1) with a personal record time of 8:48.90…placed 25th in the mile at the Music City Challenge (Feb. 14-15) with a personal record time of 4:20.79…participated at the SoCon Indoor Championships (Feb. 29-Mar 1) in the mile run and 3000m run with times of 4:26.44 & 9:03.59 respectively.

2019 Cross Country: Did not appear in any meets for the Bucs. 

2019 Track & Field: Appeared in one meet while competing in the 3000m.

2018 Cross Country: Named to the SoCon All-Freshman Team ... Ran in five meets for the Blue & Gold ... Turned in his best collegiate time at the Louisville Classic where he clocked in at 25:37 on Sept. 29, 2018 ... Finished 24th at the SoCon Championship, while he posted his best collegiate finish at the High Point Vertcross where he placed 21st. 

Prior to ETSU: Graduated from Campbell County High School in Jacksboro, Tenn. … Ran track and cross country as a distance runner track coach Chris Shouse and cross country coaches Billie Ann Evans and Megan Comer … Had a breakout senior season in 2018, competing in the Division I Large School 1600m finals at both the 2018 TSSAA State Track and Field Championships and the 2018 TSSAA Section 1 Large School Championships … Also competed at both the 2017 TSSAA State Cross Country and Track and Field Championships in the 3200m and 5K … Holds CCHS school records for 5K (15:52.98), 3200m (9:34.37), two-mile (9:51), one-mile (4:27) and part of the DMR (11:52)
