This will be the second and final tournament of the fall for the Bucs. ETSU is coming off a second-place finish at the Scenic City Collegiate on Sept. 22 in which the Bucs received a big boost from Trevor Hulbert (Orlando, Fla.). The veteran golfer finished tied for third following a final-round score of 3-under-par (69), jumping 11 spots up the leaderboard. The third-place finish for the Florida native was his sixth career Top-10 finish.
Shiso Go (Kanagawa, Japan) aims to pick up where he left off in Ooltewah, Tenn. following a final-round score of 2-under-par (70) to conclude the Scenic City Collegiate. Go was unable to place due to a rules violation in the opening round, but his individual scores of 72 and 70 in the final two rounds enabled the Bucs to come away with a strong performance.
Joining Go and Hulbert will be Jack Rhea (Jonesborough, Tenn.), aiming to bounce back from his final-round 77 (+5) in the final round in September. Rhea finished tied for 9th in the field, his eighth career Top-10 conclusion.
The final two golfers for the Bucs this week will be the sophomore duo of Archie Davies (Carlisle, England) and Sam Espinosa (Pedrena, Spain). Davies concluded the first fall event in sole possession of 11th with a score of 7-over-par (223). This will be the season debut for Espinosa.
