  • ETSU looks to carry momentum into Atlanta as the Bucs are coming off a 3-1 win at Northern Kentucky last Tuesday afternoon … With the win, ETSU improved to 3-4-3 on the season.
  • Sophomore Tarik Pannholzer (Flensburg, Germany) has been on fire as he has totaled back-to-back two-goal games, moving his season mark to nine, which ranks third nationally … Pannholzer also ranks fifth in goals per game (0.90) and eighth in total points (19).
  • Pannholzer is also nearing the single-season program record for goals scored as he is two shy of tying the mark of 11, set by both David Geno (2011) and Joao Ramalho (2014).
  • Josh Perryman (Sheffield, England) enters Tuesday night with 191 career saves and needs 13 more to tie Jonny Sutherland’s (2015-17) record of 204.

  • Georgia State sits 8-3 on the season and is coming off a 3-1 win at #13 Akron on Saturday night in conference play.
  • The Panthers have won five of their last six games.
  • Georgia State and ETSU have played three common opponents with the Panthers defeating Mercer, 1-0, falling in double-overtime at Belmont, 2-1, and beating Wofford, 2-1.
  • Salar Faryar and Ethan Sassine both lead the team with four goals each, while Georgia State is out-scoring its opponents, 25-14 … Eleven different players have scored a goal for the Panthers.
  • Gunther Rankenburg has started all 11 matches in goal for the Panthers and has posted three clean sheets on the season.
  • Georgia State is outscoring the opposition 16-7 in the second half.

  • Tuesday marks the second all-time meeting between the programs.
  • ETSU and Georgia State played to a 2-2 draw back on Sept. 28, 2019 in Johnson City … With the Bucs down two goals late, Kieran Richards (Hamilton, New Zealand) sparked a rally when he found the back of the net in the 84th minute and Joe Pickering tied it in the final minute.

ETSU returns to conference play Saturday afternoon when the Bucs head to Lexington, Va., for an afternoon match at VMI.
