JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (March 21, 2008) - The 46th-ranked ETSU men's tennis team defeated the Florida Gulf Coast Eagles, 6-1 on Friday afternoon. The Bucs improve to 14-3 overall and 4-0 in conference action while the Eagles fall to 7-6, 1-3.

The Bucs kept the momentum going as 67th-ranked Enrique Olivares defeated Ricardo Hernandez, 6-0, 6-4 while Predrag Burmazovic (
The Eagles earned their lone point as Brenton Bacon defeated Sebastian Serrano in a hard-fought match, 6-7, 7-5, 10-3.
