(Jan. 29, 2009) - After struggling against eight-ranked Tennessee last Saturday the ETSU men's tennis team looks to regain its form as they travel to Charlottesville, Va., on Friday to compete in the ITA National Team Indoor Championships. With the one exception being the loss to Tennessee, ETSU (0-1) has had a strong start to its 2009 season as the Bucs won 20 matches at the Duke Invitational Jan., 17-19 in Durham, N.C. Individually, freshman Charles Bottoni (Bois Guillaume, France) is coming off one of his best performances of the season as the ETSU newcomer picked up the Bucs lone victory against the Vols, dropping Tennessee's Davey Sandgren, 6-3, 4-6, 6-3.
