JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (Feb. 15, 2015) - Throughout the season, members of the ETSU men’s and women's tennis teams will be featured in a ‘‘Getting to Know’’ segment on ETSUBucs.com.

The second student-athlete to be profiled is sophomore Diego Nunez (Monterrey, Mexico). As a freshman in 2014, Nunez helped ETSU to the program's eighth consecutive conference tournament title and NCAA Tournament appearance. Nunez posted a 5-1 mark in Atlantic Sun spring singles competition, and earned spots on the Atlantic Sun First Team for singles, and Atlantic Sun All-Freshman Team. In 2014, he advanced to the Round of 64 at the USTA/ITA Ohio Valley Regionals in Knoxville, Tenn. He was also ranked No. 114 by ITA in Sept. 2014.
