Free pizza for fans at Friday's match versus nationally-ranked UNC Wilmington
JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (March 26, 2015) - Following a three-match road swing, the ETSU men's tennis team will return home this weekend for a pair of matches, taking on No. 47 UNC Wilmington in non-conference action Friday, March 27, and SoCon foe Samford Sunday, March 29.
Fans in attendance at Friday's match will receive free pizza courtesy of ETSU Men's Tennis.

GETTING UP TO SPEED
The Buccaneers (6-7, 2-0 SoCon) opened SoCon play last weekend against UNC Greensboro and Wofford, earning victories in both matches. ETSU has won five of its last six contests.
ETSU topped UNCG, 6-1, with the Bucs winning all three doubles matches, and five of the six singles positions.
One day later, the Bucs withstood a tough test at Wofford, defeating the Terriers, 4-1.
After dropping the doubles point, ETSU responded by winning singles spots one through four.
Conner Huertas (Lima, Peru) and Sebastian Yllera (Cinco Saltos, Argentina) obtained straight-set wins at No. 3 and No. 4 Singles, respectively. Sophomore and reigning SoCon Player of the Week David Biosca (Sant Fruitos de Bage, Spain) earned a hard-fought, three-set win at No. 1, 7-5, 2-6, 7-6. Meanwhile, co-captain Rogerio Ribeiro (Sao Paulo, Brazil) clinched ETSU's 4-1 victory by winning a thriller of a match at No. 2 Singles, 7-6, 2-6, 7-5.
Co-captain Ismael Merino (Lima, Peru) and Robert Herrera (Barcelona, Spain) teamed up to win at No. 2 Doubles, 8-2, extending their win streak to six matches.
OPPONENTS AT A GLANCE
No. 47 UNC Wilmington has won three of its last four matches, with wins coming against No. 25 Drake, No. 48 Penn State and VCU. The Seahawks (9-4) are 3-3 in road or neutral-site matches. Friday's matchup will mark ETSU's seventh meeting versus a ranked opponent this season.
The Samford Terriers (6-6, 1-0 SoCon) opened SoCon play by beating UNC Greensboro, 5-2, Friday, March 13. The Terriers, who are currently 2-3 away from home, will face UNC-Wilmington Saturday, March 28.

Both of this weekend's matches will be played at the Buddy Hartsell Courts at the Dave Mullins Tennis Complex on the campus of ETSU.
