JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (March 1, 2019) -- The ETSU Department of Intercollegiate Athletics announced on Firday that it has reached a new agreement with Nike & BSN SPORTS,  as the official apparel, footwear & equipment provider for Buccaneer athletics.

This new deal is a five-year agreement, which more than doubles the value of the previous partnership.  The Bucs’ original contract with Nike was signed back in November of 2013, while this new agreement goes into effect on July 1, 2019.

“The ETSU Athletics brand is stronger than ever and this new agreement with Nike & BSN SPORTS is a testament to that strength,” said ETSU Athletics Director Scott Carter. “During the life of this agreement, Buccaneer student-athletes will be supported at an incredibly high level. This partnership will enhance experiences for our athletes, coaches, staff and fans. We could not be happier about the future of the ETSU Buccaneer brand with Nike and are excited about the service and innovation that BSN SPORTS provides.”

Todd Northrop, Vice President of BSN SPORTS Collegiate Select, is excited to continue their partnership with the Bucs.
