Get Down & Derby with the Bucs this Saturday, April 27

JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (April 25, 2019)– The East Tennessee State University Department of Intercollegiate Athletics is holding its annual Excellence Fund Auction this Saturday, April 27 inside the Grand Ballroom of the Millennium Center.

Below are the “Things to Know” for this Saturday’s event.

No. 1 – The 2019 Excellence Fun Auction for ETSU Athletics will be held this Saturday, April 27 inside the Grand Ballroom of the Millennium Center … The event is open for everyone and tickets can still be purchased for $85 per person by calling 423-439-4738 or by visiting ETSUBucs.com.

No. 2 – Over 100 items will be up for auction, including a Week at Hilton Head, a Week at Crantzdorf Lodge in Gatlinburg (sleeps up to 50 people), Dinner for 12 on the 50-yard line inside Greene Stadium, An up close and personal game experience when ETSU football plays at Vanderbilt on Nov. 23, The Keeneland Experience (trip for 12 on a luxury coach to Keeneland Racetrack in Lexington, Ky.) and much more … Click hereto view more auction items.

No. 3 – All of the proceeds go to the ETSU Excellence Fund to support the Buccaneer student-athlete experience.

No. 4 – The theme of this year’s event is “Get Down & Derby with the Bucs” which is built around a Kentucky Derby Party … The event will feature an open bar and fabulous food prepared by Chef Jean-Claude Seruga.

No. 5 – Spank! The Ultimate 80s Party Band will provide the entertainment for the night.
