ORLANDO, Fla. (May 23, 2021) – Competing in his first NCAA Individual Men’s Tennis Championship, redshirt-freshman Dimitri Badra (Maracay, Venezuela) went toe-to-toe with second-seeded Daniel Rodrigues of South Carolina. The two competitors squared off on the court at the USTA National Campus in Orlando, Fla. on Sunday morning.
Badra’s season came to an end after dropping a straight-set match to Rodrigues, 6-3, 6-4. Following the loss, Badra concludes the year with a 14-6 overall mark.
