COLUMBIA, Mo. (May 26, 2006) - The ETSU men's 4x100-meter relay team wrapped up competition at the 2007 NCAA Mideast Regional finishing seventh in the finals on Saturday afternoon at Audrey J. Walton Stadium, located on the campus of the University of Missouri.
After posting a season-best time of 40.17 in Friday's prelims, the 4x100-meter relay crew entered Saturday's finals banged up. The team of James Rainer (
"We entered the race with expectations high however the guys just didn't run the way they wanted to. But to reach the finals in the regional meet is a fine accomplishment," said associate head coach Michelle Byrne.
