JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (Dec. 17, 2014) – The ETSU track & field program will host the ETSU Track & Field Holiday Clinic on Saturday, Dec. 20, inside the ETSU/MSHA Athletics Center.

The clinic is for ages 10 and up and will begin at noon and will run until 3:30 p.m. Camp cost is $60 per participant. Please visit the clinic’s official website here for camp information, schedules, waiver forms, etc. and for registration. 

Designed to prepare track & field athletes for their upcoming seasons, the technical camp will teach dynamic warm-ups, drills, and event-specific exercises for the running and field event areas. Emphasizing mechanics, settings goals and providing mental-toughness strategies will also be included.

Prior to participation, waivers must be signed and can be accessed here. The event is also a commuter camp with no provided accommodations.
