SPARTANBURG, S.C. (June 26, 2017) – ETSU had 50 student-athletes earn academic honors for the spring semester as the Southern Conference announced its all-academic awards on Monday.
SPARTANBURG, S.C. (May 30, 2017) – With the completion of the spring seasons of league competition, the ETSU men’s programs were awarded its second-straight Southern Conference Commissioner’s Cup, which is the all-sport trophy that is presented to the conference’s best all-around men’s program.
Lexington, Ky. (May 26, 2017) - On day two of the NCAA East Prelims in Lexington, Ky. at the University of Kentucky track and field complex, four ETSU Track and field athletes competed on day two.
LEXINGTON, Ky. (May 24, 2017) – The road to the NCAA Track & Field Championships begins on Thursday, May 25 in Lexington, Ky. at the University of Kentucky Outdoor Track and Field facility as four ETSU Track & Field athletes are set to compete at the NCAA East Preliminaries.
JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (May 18, 2017) – The NCAA announced on Friday the qualifiers for the NCAA East Preliminaries with four East Tennessee State Track & Field athletes will heading to Lexington, Ky., May 25-27.
SPARTANBURG, S.C. (May 17, 2017) – The Southern Conference announced its outdoor track & field most outstanding performers on Wednesday with East Tennessee State Men’s Track & Field athlete Benjamin Johnson (Nashville, Tenn.) being named men's most outstanding field performer.
BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (May 12, 2017) – The East Tennessee State men’s and women’s track and field program wrapped up the 2017 Southern Conference Outdoor Track & Field Championships Friday with both the men’s and women’s teams earning fourth-place team finishes at the Samford Track and Soccer Stadium.
BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (May 11, 2017) – On a day in which the East Tennessee State Track & Field team thrived at the 2017 Southern Conference Outdoor Championships in Birmingham, Ala., senior Katrina Seymour (New Providence, Bahamas) shined the brightest breaking a SoCon Outdoor Championships record in the 400 meter hurdles.
JOHNSON CITY, TENN. (May 10, 2017) – The entire outdoor season has been leading up to this weekend as the East Tennessee State Track and Field program sets its sights on Birmingham, Ala. for the 2017 Southern Conference Outdoor Track & Field Championships.
CULLOWHEE, N.C. (April 28, 2017) – In the final regular season meet of the outdoor season the East Tennessee State track and field program saw two school records fall at the Western Carolina Invitational in Cullowhee, N.C. on Friday afternoon.

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (April 7, 2017) – With ten events in a span of 48 hours, senior Nathan Rivera (Knoxville, Tenn.) finished sixth in the decathlon with a point total of 5,741 on day two of the Tennessee Relays.
KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (April 6, 2017) – After one day of events at the Tennessee Relays in Knoxville, Tenn., senior Nathan Rivera (Knoxville, Tenn.) is fifth in the decathlon with a point total of 3,365.
SPARTANBURG, S.C. (April 6, 2017) – The Southern Conference announced on Thursday that ETSU women’s golf Loy Hee Ying, softball’s Danielle Knoetze and men’s outdoor track & field’s Matt Moore have been named SoCon Athletes of the Month for their outstanding performances in the month of March.
JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (April 5, 2017) – On Tuesday, April 11th, the ETSU Department of Intercollegiate Athletics will launch a special day of giving in support of Buccaneer student-athletes.

NEW ORLEANS (April 3, 2017) – The U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association released its first edition of the regional rankings on Monday with the ETSU men’s track and field program ranked 18th in the south region.
HIGH POINT, N.C. (April 1, 2017) – The ETSU Track & Field program ended day two of competition at the VertKlasse Meeting in High Point, N.C. on Saturday afternoon with three personal bests recorded.
GAINESVILLE, FLA. /HIGH POINT, N.C. (March 31, 2017) – Splitting up the squad for the second straight weekend, the ETSU Track & Field program recorded 11 top ten finishes at both the VertKlasse Meeting in High Point, N.C. and 2017 Pepsi Florida Relays in Gainesville, Fla.
JOHNSON CITY, TENN. (March 30, 2017) – For the second weekend in a row the ETSU Track & Field program will compete in split-squad competition at the 2017 Pepsi Florida Relays and the ninth annual VertKlasse Meeting, March 31-April 1.
COLUMBIA, S.C. (March 25, 2017) – On Saturday at the Weems Baskin Invitational the ETSU Track & Field program thrived on the final day of the event with two event winners and 11 personal bests recorded.
COLUMBIA, S.C. and RALEIGH, N.C. (March 24, 2017) – In split-squad competition Friday at both the Weems Baskin Invitational and Raleigh Relays, the ETSU Track & Field program posted solid performances including strong showings in the field at South Carolina and in the distance events at NC State.
