2007 Outdoor: Placed fifth in the steeplechase at the A-Sun Championships � also competed in the 800- and 3000-meters.
2007 Indoor: Competed in the mile and the 3000- and 5000-meters � ran a season-best 8:53.03 at the Carolina Invitational in the 3000.
2006 Cross Country: Competed in the final three races of the season after sustaining an early season leg injury � finished in the top-15 at the A-Sun Championships with a time of 27:06 � was the third Buccaneer runner to complete the NCAA South Regional 10K course with a mark of 33:50.1.
2006 Outdoor: Managed a pair of scoring performances at the conference meet, placing fifth in the steeplechase in 9:49.54, and sixth in the 10,000 in 32:38.82 � ran a season-best 5,000 time of 15:15.38 at the 49er Classic � finished third in the 5K at the UCF Invitational.
2006 Indoor: Ran a season-best 8:47.27 in the 3,000 at the Rod McCravy Invitational at Kentucky � finished ninth in the same event at the A-Sun Championships, running 8.53.75 � notched at scoring finish in the A-Sun 5,000, clocking 15:28.87, good for sixth place.
2005 Cross Country: Competed in five events, posting a season-best third place finish at the Greensboro Invitational� was the first Buccaneer to finish at the Furman Invitational, finishing 11th overall� placed 12th at the A-Sun Championships� was the first Buc to cross the finish line at the NCAA South Regional, finishing 48th overall.
2005 Outdoor: Finished third in the 1500 meters at the Walker Open � netted a season-best 5,000 meter time of 15:04.43 at the Charlotte 49er Classic, finishing seventh� ran to a fourth-place finish in the 10,000 meters at the Raleigh Relays in 31:36.24.
2005 Indoor: Competed in the 3,000 meters four times, finishing third at the Clemson Tiger Invitational in 8:52.35� posted a season-best time of 8:49.23 at the SoCon Indoor Championships, finishing 10th.
2004 Cross Country: Ladd had a strong first season, with his best finish of 27th place at the Virginia Tech Festival in the Fields (9/4) ... also had strong showings in the Furman Invitational (10/9) and the SoCon Championships (10/30), placing 33rd at the championships ... competed in the NCAA South Regionals on Nov. 13.
Prep: Five-year letterwinner in cross country and was named MVP of his team in both 1999 and 2001 ... helped his team become East Regional Champions in 2000 and 2002 ... in 2003 helped his team reach Provincial Championships where it placed sixth ... an all-around athlete, Ladd also actively participates in soccer, golf, and karate ... attended Thousand Islands Secondary School (TISS) and was coached by Randy Givogue.
