2005 Cross Country:
Competed in all six meets� had season best 13th place finish at the Atlantic Sun Championships. Prior to ETSU: Abdi was a member of district championship and provincial championship teams in his native Kenya� in 2004 he competed in the Nairobi Standard Chartered 10k road race finishing with a time of 32:20� in 2005 he ran in the Athletic Kenya Cross Country 4k finishing with in 12:10.
