2014-15 Track & Field: Competed in two outdoor meets ... had a team and personal best time of 15:56.14 in the 5000M. 

2014 Cross Country: Competed in four meets ... recorded an 8K personal-best time of 26:59.6 at the Blue Ridge Open.

2013-14 Track & Field: Competed in two indoor meets and two outdoor meets ... recorded a personal-best 16:49.88 time in the 1500M during the indoor season ... placed 12th overall with a personal-high 9:10.76 time in the 3000M at the Charlotte 49er Classic during the outdoor season.

2012 Cross Country: Competed in three meets ... recorded a season-high finish of 65th at the Virginia Tech Invitational.

High School:  Holds Cookeville High School 5k and 1,600m records... broke the 5K record as a senior at the Jesse Owens Classic with a time of 16:27.22... won the 2011 TSSAA Region 3AAA Championship... helped his team to three region championships.
