2020 Track & Field*: Competed in five indoor meets...opened his sophomore season at the 2020 ETSU Track and Field Invitational (Jan. 10-11) with a time of 9:14.04 in the 3000m run for a 15th place finish…set a personal record in the 3000m run with a time of 8:40.49 at the VMI Team Challenge (Jan 25) for a third place finish…followed up that performance with a personal record in the 5000m run with a time of 14:53.89 at the Music City Challenge (Feb 14-15) for a 15th place finish…member of the 2019-20 SoCon Honor Roll…received a nod to the SoCon Spring All-Academic Team…recipient of the SoCon Commissioner’s Medal.

2019 Track & Field: Opened his ETSU career at the ETSU Track and Field Invitational (Jan. 11-12) with a 4:38.07 mile for a ninth place finish…competed at five indoor meets in his freshman year…set a personal record in the 3000m steeplechase at the HPU VertKlasse Meeting (March 21-23) for a third place finish…set a personal record at the SoCon Outdoor Championships (April 27-28) in the 10,000m race with a sixth place finish to score for the Bucs…earned a spot on the SoCon Honor Roll…a recipient of the SoCon Commissioner’s Medal… made an appearance on the Outdoor All-Freshman Team.

2019 Cross Country: Named to the SoCon Honor Roll and Fall Academic All-Conference Team ... Earned SoCon Commissioner's Medal ... Earned SoCon All-Freshman Team honors after placing 25th at the conference meet at Pine Oaks Golf Course ... Ran in five meets for the Blue & Gold ... Turned in a season-best time of 25:04 at the Louisville Classic on Oct. 5 ... Finished 25th in the season-opener at the Covered Bridge Cross Country Open. 

Prior to ETSU: Prepped as a distance runner at Maryville High School in Maryville, Tennessee for coaches Landon Harris and Nick White … Finished 11th place at the TSSAA Division I state cross country meet in 2017.
