2022 Track and Field: Set the school record in the 3000m with a time of 7:58.82, set at the Music City Challenge on Feb. 12, 2022 … Won gold in the 5000m at the SoCon Indoor Championship with a time of 14:08.18, while also capturing gold in the 1500m at the SoCon Outdoor Championship (3:44.56) … Earned silver in the 3000m at the Indoor Championship … Competed in four indoor meets and six outdoor meets for the Buccaneers … Had a total of six top-three finishes.

Opened his indoor season at the Bob Pollock Invitational (Jan. 28-29) by posting a time of 8:12.03 in the 3000m, earning him a ninth-place finish. In his next competition, at the 2022 Buccaneer Indoor Track and Field Invitational (Feb. 3-5), he set a personal best of 4:07.03 in the Mile, which gave him his first first-place finish of the season.

Began the outdoor season setting a personal best of 13:50.51 in the 5000m at the Raleigh Relays (Mar. 24-26).  Raced to a fifth-place finish in the 1500m at the Tennessee Relays and posted a time of 3:47.42. Became the Southern Conference Champion in the 1500m finishing with a time of 3:44.56. Also added to the Bucs scoring total with a 7^th place finish in the 5000m (15:24.21). Began post-championship competition with a personal best of 3:43.77 in the 1500m. Competed in the 5000m at NCAA East Regional Preliminary Round (May 25-28) and finished with a 34^th place finish and a time of 14:10.02.

2021 Track & Field: Did not compete in the 2021 season...named to the SoCon Honor Roll.

2020 Track & Field*: Redshirted for the 2020 indoor season…member of the 2019-20 SoCon Honor Roll…received a nod to the SoCon Spring All-Academic Team.

2019 Track & Field: Earned three golds and three silvers in the indoor season…opened the year with a first place, 14:52.11 time in the 5000m at the ETSU Track and Field Invitational (Jan. 11-12)…matched it with another gold at the Gamecock Inaugural (Jan. 18-19) in the mile a week later with a 4:14.94 posted time…finished second in the VMI Team Challenge (Jan. 26) in the 3000m…placed sixth and set a personal record in the 3000m at the Music City Challenge (Feb. 8-9) with a time of 8:18.64…helped his distance medley relay team to a first place finish at the Southern Conference Indoor Championships (Feb. 23-24) while setting a personal record in the 5000m with a time of 14:30.69 to place second…earned a spot on the SoCon Honor Roll…a SoCon Academic All-Conference selection.

2018 Track & Field: Competed in five indoor and seven outdoor meets ... Scored in both the indoor and outdoor Southern Conference Championships, earning a fourth place finish in the indoor mile (4:15.77) and eighth place in the outdoor 3000S (9:43.92) ... Was part of a pair of first place DMR finishes during indoor season, winning both the ETSU Track and Field Invitational with a time of 10:16.02 and the SoCon Indoor Championship DMR with a time of 10:07.32, beating second place Furman by nearly four seconds for 10 points ... Turned in a personal best time of 4:10.51 in the Buccaneer Track & Field Invitational mile to place second out of 55 runners ... Also set PR's in the 800m (1:54.72) and 1500m (3:52.73) during outdoor season, placing fourth out of 69 runners in the Weems Baskin 800m open.

2017 Cross Country: Ran in all six meets his sophomore season and turned in his career-best cross country placement at the 2017 Upstate Invitational in Spartanburg, S.C. — finishing fourth in a field of 106 runners ... Finished 15th in the Southern Conference Championship 8K with a time of 25:19.4 — helping his team finish second place overall.

2017 Track & Field: Competed at 11 meets, recording two first place finishes and two additional top five finishes ... Finished first in the 3000S event at the 2017 Western Carolina Track and Field Invitational with a 9:26.30 time ...Finished third out of 15 runners in the Southern Conference Championships in the men's 1500 meters with a 3:56.85 time ... Was part of a first place finish in his first collegiate DMR event, helping record a 10:12.04 time at the2017 Buccaneer Track & Field Invitational.

2016 Cross Country: Competed in all six meets ... SoCon All-Freshman Team ... finished 17th at the SoCon XC Championships with a time of 24:52.0 ... best finish came at the Virginia Tech Alumni Invitational, finishing 16th with a time of 25:44.6.

Prior to ETSU: Four year letterwinner for cross country and track and field at Sarasota High School...a 2015 4A FHSAA Cross Country State Champion...earned a gold in the 3200m run at the 2016 4A FHSAA Track and Field Championships.
