Opened his season at the ETSU Track and Field Invitational as a member of the first-place 4x800m relay team that posted a time of 7:45.79 ... Set a personal best of 8:28.03 in the 3000m, earning a second-place finish at the 2022 Buccaneer Indoor Track and Field Invitational (Feb. 3-5) ... Set another personal best in the Mile with a time of 4:14.39 at the Music City Challenge (Feb. 11-12) ... Competed at the Southern Conference Indoor Championships (Feb. 26-27), placing 12th in the 3000m with a time of 8:39.89.

Began his outdoor campaign at the Charlotte 49er Classic (Mar 17-19) with a personal best performance in the 3000m Steeplechase, posting a time of 9:26.24 and securing a third-place finish ... Set a personal best of 14:54.35, and obtained a first-place finish in the 5000m at the VertKlasse Meeting (Apr. 1-2)

Prior to ETSU: Competed in cross country and track and field at the University of Illinois in 2017 and 2018 before transferring to Tennessee in 2019. 

2019 CROSS COUNTRY AT TENNESSEE

• Competed in five meets during his first cross country season at Tennessee
• Tabbed his fastest 8K of the season with a time of 25:11.9 at the SEC Championships (11/1)
• Led the Vols at the Cavalier Classic (9/14), placing 30th overall with a time of 25:29.5 over the 8K course
• Opened the season with a fourth place finish at the Tennessee Tri-Star Cross Country Challenge (8/30), clocking a time of 21:15.24.

2019 TRACK & FIELD AT TENNESSEE

• Won his heat in the 3K at the Tiger Paw Invite with a season-best clocking of 8:39.06
• Ran his first college indoor mile at Clemson, finishing 19th in 4:21.33 
• Made his indoor in-uniform debut at the Hokie Invitational, placing 17th in the 3000m with a mark of 8:48.61
