2022 Track and Field:

Competed in four indoor meets and six outdoor meets, posting a total of seven top-three finishes. Opened his indoor season at the ETSU Track and Field Invitational (Jan.14-15) with a fourth-place finish in the Mile with a time of 4:14.21. Earned his first first-place finish of the season in the 3000m at the 2022 Buccaneer Track and Field Invitational (Feb.3-5) with a time of 8:20.41. Continued his success in the 3000m by posting a personal best of 8:16.40 at the Music City Challenge (Feb.11-12), earning him a second-place finish among 46 runners. Set a personal best of 4:10.09 in the Mile at the Southern Conference Indoor Track and Field Championship (Feb.26-27), earning him a sixthplace finish. Also raced to an eighth-place finish in the 5000m with a time of 14:50.38.

Earned two second-place finishes in his outdoor season debut at the Charlotte 49er Classic (Mar.17-19), with a time of 8:25.34 in the 3000m, and a time of 9:10.64 in the 3000m Steeplechase. Raced to another second-place finish in the 3000m Steeplechase at the Tennessee Relays (Apr. 7-9) with a time of 9:06.98. Competed at the Catamount Classic (Apr. 15-6) and posted a personal best in the 1500m with a time of 3:52.62, earning him a third-place finish. Posted another personal best in the same competition with a time of 1:53.48 in the 800m. Continued his success at the Southern Conference Outdoor Championships (Apr.30-May 1), setting a personal best and becoming runner-up in the 3000m Steeplechase with a time of 8:57.93, and also placed sixth in the 5000m with a time of 15:23.71.

2021 Track & Field: Made nine appearances in the 2021 season...secured two third place finishes in the mile (4:19.27, personal record) and the 800m (1:57.73) at the Buccaneer T&F Invitational...set a PR in the 3000m with a time of 8:25.84 at the Music City Challenge (Feb. 12-13)...set PRs in both the 800m (1:57.58) and the 1500m (4:01.05) at the Charlotte 49er Classic (March 19-20)...set a personal best time of 14:48.97 a week later in the 5000m at the Raleigh Relays (March 25-27)...placed seventh at the Tennessee Relays (April 8-10) in the 3000m steeplechase, making his debut with a personal best time of 9:14.04...secured a fourth place finish in the steeplechase at the Southern Conference Outdoor Championships (May 1-2) with a time of 9:32.53...placed 18th with a time of 9:31.40 in the steeplechase at the Lee University Last Chance Invite (May 15)...was a Southern Conference Outdoor All-Freshman Team selection.

2020 Track & Field*: Opened his freshman season at the ETSU Track and Field Invitational (Jan 10-11) in the 3000m run with a time of 9:02.21…participated at the VMI Team Challenge (Jan 25) in the mile run with a time of 4:25.91 and fourth place finish… participated at the Buccaneer Track and Field Invitational (Jan 31-Feb. 1) in the 3000m run and distance medley relay with times of 8:59.76 and 10:28.78…competed at the Music City Challenge (Feb. 14-15) in the mile run with a time of 4:20.91 and a 25th place finish…participated at the SoCon Indoor Championships (Feb. 29-Mar 1) in the 800m run and mile run with times of 1:59.65 and 4:22.55…a Southern Conference All-Freshman Team selection…member of the 2019-20 SoCon Honor Roll.
