Named to SoCon Honor Roll ... Made three appearances for the Bucs during the 2022 season ... Made his season debut at the Eye Opener XC Festival (Sep.2), finishing with a time of 26:55.4 in 8K ... Set his personal best in the 8K with a time of 25:08.5 at the Louisville Classic (Oct.1).

Prior to ETSU

• Transferring to ETSU from Quinnipiac
• Finished 13th at the SHU/QU Winter XC Dual Meet with a time of 10:28.4
• Tallied a time of 28:18.7 at the Jasper Invitational, taking 49th place 
• Recorded a time of 28:42.3 at the MAAC Championships, finishing in 99th place

Before Quinnipiac:

• Personal best times: 5K (15:37), 1 mile (4:31), 4K (13:20) and 800m (1:59)
• Four-time All Conference selection
• Won the Conference Championship once
• Named to the All-New England team and All-State team once
• Named to the All-Conference team four years in a row
• Two-time Honors and High Honors recognition
• Selected for International Leadership Summit (Switzerland 2020)
