Bucs Reveal 2021 Season Schedule

JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (May 17, 2021) – The ETSU football team has put the odd 2021 spring season behind and is now focused on getting back to normal this fall as the Bucs have officially revealed the 2021 fall season schedule. The Bucs will begin the season at Southeastern Conference foe, Vanderbilt, on Saturday, Sept. 4. The Bucs will host six home contests at William B. Greene, Jr. Stadium this fall.

Bucs Wrap up Weekend with Aggie Twilight Classic

GREENSBORO, N.C. (May 16, 2021) – A small contingency of the ETSU track and field team finished their weekend on Sunday afternoon, competing at the Aggie Twilight in attempt to crack the top of the leaderboards in the nation’s qualifying lists for the NCAA Prelims.

Bucs Conclude Lee University Last Chance

CLEVELAND, Tenn. (May 15, 2021) – The ETSU track and field team sent a group of distance runners to the Lee University Last Chance Invite on Saturday evening, competing for the first time since the Southern Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championships.


Tate’s Stellar Start Leads to Doubleheader Split with Keydets

LEXINGTON, VA. (May 15, 2021) — The ETSU Baseball Team concluded its regular-season road slate on Saturday evening against the VMI Keydets at Gray-Minor Stadium in Lexington, Va. After VMI secured the series win with a 3-1 victory in game one of the twin bill, ETSU avoided the sweep with a 9-6 win in the series finale.

Bucs Open NCAA Regionals in Washington on Monday

CLE ELUM, Wash. (May 15, 2021) – The ETSU Men’s Golf team is poised and ready for a run to the NCAA Championship but will have to advance from the Cle Elum Regional first. The Bucs will tee off at Tumble Creek Golf Club on Monday in Cle Elum, Washington. The regional will begin on Monday, May 17 and will conclude on Wednesday, May 19. The Cle Elum Regional consists of 14 teams and five individuals.


ETSU’s Ninth-Inning Rally Falls Short at VMI

LEXINGTON, VA. (May 14, 2021) — The ETSU Baseball Team began its final road series of the regular season on Friday evening at Gray-Minor Stadium, facing the VMI Keykets. The Blue and Gold scored four runs in the ninth, but could not eliminate their five-run deficit in the final frame as VMI took the opener, 6-5.

Folks Garners First All-American Honor

WACO, Texas (May 14, 2021) – For the first time in his collegiate career, graduate linebacker Jared Folks (Harrisburg, Pa.) has received an All-American honor as he was named to the American Football Coaches Association (AFCA) First Team All-American squad on Friday morning.


ETSU Travels to VMI for Pivotal SoCon Series

LEXINGTON, Va. (May 13, 2021) — The ETSU Baseball Team will hit the road for the final time in the regular season this weekend as they travel to Lexington, Va. to face the VMI Keydets. ETSU is 10-13 in Southern Conference play and sits two games back of the fourth spot in the SoCon tournament. The series will begin on Friday, May 14 at 4 p.m. and conclude with a doubleheader on Saturday, May 15 at 1 p.m.
