ORLANDO, Fla. (June 7, 2007) - The National Association of Collegiate Marketing Administrators (NACMA) selected its 2006-07 "Best of" award winners at the 16th Annual Convention Thursday afternoon, and ETSU's marketing department received three separate honors.
Initiated in 2003, the NACMA Awards program honors outstanding achievement in marketing and promotions. Awards are presented in 16 categories, with each category divided into three groups based upon school size and conference affiliations to promote fairness.
The Buccaneers were apart of group III and won gold in Ticket Sales Piece, silver in Season Ticket Sales Campaign, and bronze in Single-Day Attendance Promotion for men's basketball.
A total of 922 entries were received for the 2006-07 year.
