With several close calls to his credit, Meronk captured his first DP World Tour (formerly known as the European Tour) victory, winning the Irish Open with a tournament score of 20-under-par. Meronk, dubbed the Polish Tiger Woods, becomes Poland’s first-ever winner on the DP World Tour.
