Monday, December 17, 2007

JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (Dec. 17, 2007) - ETSU softball head coach Andrea Mangrum announced Monday that her staff will be conducting its second-ever coaches clinic in January.  The two session clinic will be held on Saturday, Jan. 12 inside Memorial Center.

The first session will last three hours beginning at 9 a.m., and the second will run two hours starting at 1 p.m. The sessions will provide valuable information on softball drills, strength and conditioning programs, practice organization, recruiting tips and much more. At the end of the clinic each participant will receive an ETSU coach's notebook containing workouts, weight and conditioning programs, reference guides, demonstration guides of the drills, and a lot more useful information which enhance their coaching skills. Check-in begins at 8:30 a.m. the day of the clinic.

Please register by Friday, Jan. 4 to guarantee your spot in the clinic. There is a $50 registration fee. Payment is due at this time because coach Mangrum must have an accurate head count for facility purposes and she must prepare an accurate amount of notebooks for all coaches in attendance.
