Bucs to hold annual skills camp Jan. 26
JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (Jan. 10, 2014) – With the 2014 season just a few weeks away, the ETSU softball team is preparing to hold its annual winter skills camp.
The 2014 Buccaneer Softball Winter Skills Camp, open to any girl currently in 8th through 12th grades, as well as current junior college students, will take place Sunday, Jan. 26 from 9:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. inside the ETSU/MSHA Center.
The camp will feature instruction from ETSU head coach Brad Irwin, the ETSU coaching staff, ETSU players, and guest instructors and will focus on a range of skills, including hitting, pitching, catching, throwing, defense, conditioning, and base running.
Early registration for the camp is $65, while registration the day of the event is $75. Space is limited, so early registration is highly recommended. Those interested in attending can find the registration form by clicking here.
Group discounts of a $10 rate reduction per person are available to any group with five or more participants.

The Buccaneers will begin their 2014 season by competing in the Music City Classic in Nashville, Tenn., Feb. 8-9. During the two-day tournament, ETSU will face off with Belmont, Butler, Detroit, and Tennessee State.
