MACON, Ga. (May 6, 2014) – Capping a record-breaking senior campaign, ETSU Softball's Katie Wolff (La Grange, Texas) has been named to the All-Atlantic Sun First Team.
This season, Wolff set ETSU single-season records for batting average (.394), on-base percentage (.439), and doubles (12) to help lead the Buccaneers to seven Atlantic Sun victories, the program's most since 2008.
The senior slugger split time this season at first base, the designated player position, and on the mound for the Bucs.
Wolff finishes her ETSU playing career ranking in the ETSU Top 20 for career runs scores, hits, RBI, batting average, and on-base percentage.
The La Grange, Texas, native becomes the first ETSU player to be named to the First Team since 2010 when Sam Lower garnered first-team honors.
