ETSU’s game against South Carolina cancelled

Sunday’s games at Charlotte Invitational cancelled due to inclement weather 

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (Feb 12, 2023) – Sunday’s softball contest between ETSU and South Carolina has been cancelled, as the final games of the Charlotte Invitational were not played because of inclement weather in the Charlotte area.

Despite not being able to play Sunday in Charlotte, ETSU will have the opportunity to face South Carolina in the opener of the Carolina Classic this Thursday at 5:30 p.m. in Columbia, S.C. In addition to facing the Gamecocks in the Carolina Classic, the Bucs will also play Western Kentucky and George Washington on Friday, and see Campbell on back-to-back weekends Saturday afternoon to close out the tournament.
