Why did you choose ETSU?
I chose to come to ETSU because of the atmosphere on and off the court. Additionally, I was impressed with the quality of education I saw at ETSU when I looked at the campus.

What is your favorite part of being a part of the volleyball team?
My favorite part of being a part of the volleyball team at ETSU is the amazing lifelong friendships I am creating with all my teammates and building strong relationships with my coaches. We really are one big family and I’m so thankful for all of them!

What did it mean to you to be named to the SoCon All-Freshman team and the All-SoCon Second Team in your first year at ETSU?
It was really an honor to be named to the SoCon All-Freshman team and the All SoCon second team in my first year at ETSU. I know that I wouldn’t have accomplished that that without my teammates, coaches and trainers pushing me to be my best, so that award was for all of us!

What's your favorite part of Johnson City?
My favorite part about Johnson city is the mountains. My teammates and I have gone on hikes and watch the sunset from the mountains, so it also has allowed for more team bonding. The views are just beautiful!

Describe what it means to be a part of the ‘ETSU Family.’
To be part of the ‘ETSU Family’ is really awesome because everyone supports one another and has each other’s back. It is extra special knowing that I have a second family where I am because I’m so far away from home.

What was it like coming to Johnson City from Kentucky?
Coming to Johnson City from Kentucky was a good balance. One of the biggest changes was getting used to a small-town feel. It is something I have really grown to love and enjoy!
