Nikki Dailey will enter her fourth season at ETSU after spending the first two seasons as a graduate assistant.
Dailey, a native of Franklin, Wis., wrapped up a successful four-year playing career at the University of Iowa in 2013. Dailey etched her name into the Hawkeye record book as her 3,161 career assists rank fifth all-time. In addition, the former Iowa setter recorded 95 career aces, which rank 14th, and her 1,049 digs rank 15th.
Dailey became just the sixth player in Iowa history to record over 3,000 career assists, while also becoming the 15th Hawkeye to surpass 1,000 digs and only the 11th player in program history to reach the 1,000-mark plateau in two statistical categories.
For her career, Dailey played in 125 career matches, making 105 starts before graduating with a degree in health sciences and communications studies in the spring of 2014.
Dailey earned her master's degree from ETSU in Sports Management.
