Dakota Love was named the Director of Basketball Operations on July 11, 2018. In 2020-21, Love begins his eighth year with the women’s basketball program.

The Buccaneer alum's daily roles consist of coordinating team travel, practice scheduling and preseason planning, along with supervising and teaching graduate assistants, interns and team managers. He also assists in student-athlete recruitment.

Prior to being named the Director of Basketball Operations, Love served as a graduate assistant during the 2017-18 season. He helped coordinate team meals and travel plans, while assisting in day-to-day practices. Love also handled film exchange and video coordination.

Love joined the women’s basketball program in 2013 and spent four years as a team manager.

A native of Franklin, Tenn., Love earned his Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Finance from East Tennessee State University.
