MARYVILLE, Tenn. (Nov. 11, 2006) - The ETSU men's cross country team finished 10th out of 25 teams Saturday morning at the NCAA South Regional, hosted by the University of Tennessee. Macon, Ga. (Oct. 11, 2006) - ETSU sophomore Michael Deren (Blasdell, N.Y.) was named Atlantic Sun Runner of the Week, Wednesday by the conference office. Over the weekend, Deren helped the Bucs win their first meet of the season by defeating conference foes Kennesaw State, Campbell and Gardner-Webb, along with UNC-Asheville and Wofford. (Oct. 6, 2006) - The ETSU men's cross country team won the Gardner-Webb 6K Dual competition Friday evening, behind Michael Deren's (Blasdell, N.Y.) first collegiate win of his career.
