2016-17 Cross Country: Ran in three meets ... just missed out on All-SoCon honors at the SoCon Championships after placing 15th with a time of 17:54.8 ... at the NCAA South Regionals placed 89th with a 6K time of 22:14.1

2015 Track & Field: Competed in five indoor meets ... earned the victory in the distance medley relay with a time of 12:15.05 at the ETSU Invitational ... finished 15th at the Samford Invitational with a 3000M time of 10:20.61. 

2014 Cross Country: Competed in five meets ... won the UNCG Spartan Invitational 5K with a time of 17:30.7 ... placed third at the SoCon Championships with a 16:50.4 time to earn First Team All-Conference honors ... finished 42nd out of 196 runners at the South Region Championships 6K with a time of 20:46.0.

2013-14 Track & Field: Competed in five indoor meets ... notched a pair of collegiate bests including an eighth-place 4:59.75 time in the mile run at the Samford Multi & Invitational and a fourth-place standing in the 3000M at the A-Sun Indoor Championships with a 9:56.70 time.

2013 Cross Country: Competed in six meets ... placed third overall at the A-Sun Championships with a 17:41.1 time to earn first-team all-conference honors for the second-straight season ... raced to a 28th out of 194 finish at the NCAA South Region Championships.

2012-13 Track & Field: Competed in five indoor meets and six outdoor meets ... tallied three top-five finishes including being part of the distance medley relay team that placed third at the Niswonger Invitational with a time of 12:11.99 ... placed fifth overall at the A-Sun Indoor Championships in the 3000M with a time of 10:03.95 ... in the outdoor season, turned in a collegiate best in the 800M with a 2:15.65 time at the A-Sun Championships ... took the top spot in the 3000M at the Charlotte 49er Classic with a time of 10:13.73 ... placed third in the 1500M at the Lenny Lyles-Clark Wood Invitational with a time of 4:46.19 and in the 800M at the Radford Invitational with a time of 2:15.83.

2012 Cross Country: Competed in five meets ... earned Atlantic Sun Women's Cross Country Freshman of the Year honors ... placed in the top-10 in four events including a season-best third-place finish at the Blue Ridge Open ... earned first team all-conference honors with a personal-best time of 17:36.8 and a fourth-place finish at the A-Sun Championships ... finished 77th at the NCAA Division I South Region Cross Country Championships.

Prior to ETSU:  A multi-sport athlete earning letters in field hockey, cross country, and track & field ... finished in 36th at the state meet and 6th in the district meet in her only year of running cross country as a senior ... was a state qualifier as a senior in the 800-meter and 4x800-meter relay after finishing runner-up in the district meet ... finished in third-place in the 400-meter to qualify for state as a sophomore ... helped her field hockey team to a county and district championship in 2009.
