2016-17 Track & Field: Competed in five indoor meets ... helped Bucs finish 2nd in ETSU Track & Field Invitational distance medley relay with a time of 12:58.10 ... set two personal bests as a junior: 800m (2:30.30) and the mile (5:22.37).

2016 Cross Country: Competed in all six meets ... had a personal best 6K time of 19:28.2 at the SoCon Championships

2015 Cross Country: Competed in two meets ... recored a season-best 6K time of 24:35.2 en route to a 63rd place finish at the Virginia Tech Alumni Invitational

2014-15 Track & Field: Competed in six indoor meets ... recorded a 10th-place finish at the ETSU Invitational in the 3000M with a collegiate best time of 11:19.80 ... personal best mile time of 5:23.01 at SoCon Indoor Championships.

2014 Cross Country: Competed in four meets ... recorded a season-best 19:39.4 time in the 5K at the SoCon Championships.

Prior to ETSU: First-team all-state in track & field for two seasons and first-team all-state in cross country for one season ... two-time Region IV champion in cross country ... all-conference in track & field and cross country throughout prep career ... state runner-up in 4x8 ... placed eighth at state cross country meet ... hold school records in 1600M, 3200M, 4x8, and 5K.
