2019 Track & Field: Competed four times in the 800m over the course of the outdoor season…set a personal record of 2:18.44 at the Catamount Classic (April 12-13) to finish third…barely missed out on her best time at the SoCon Outdoor Championships (April 27-28), placing 12^th…earned a spot on the SoCon Honor Roll…a SoCon Academic All-Conference selection.

2018 Track & Field: Redshirted 

2017 Track & Field: Competed in four indoor and one outdoor meet as a true freshman ... helped ETSU earn two 2nd-place finishes in the distance medley relay, with both events taking place in Johnson City during the indoor season ... earned first individual collegiate top ten finish in the Hokie Invitational in Blacksburg, Va., finishing ninth in the 800m with a time of 2:27.84

Prior to ETSU: Competed at Morristown-West High School ... finished 75th at the TSSAA Division I Class AAA State Championships with a time of 21:21.38 ...  personal best 5K time of 19:31.40 and personal best two-mile time of 12:56.53

Personal: From Morristown, Tenn. ... Daughter of Jeni and Derek Lord ... Her younger sister, Jessica Lord, is also a member of the ETSU track and field team, joining the team after Emily's freshman season.
