2022 Track and Field: Competed in three indoor meets and six outdoor meets during the 2022 season, earning 13 top-three finishes.

Indoor: Began her indoor season at the 2022 Buccaneer Indoor Track and Field Invitational as a member of the first-place DMR team that finished with a time of 12:40.24. Also placed second in the 800 meters with a time of 2:17.78, and was a member of the second-place 4x400 meter relay team that finished with a time of 3:57.38. Scored in three events for the Buccaneers at the Southern Conference Indoor Track and Field Championship (Feb.26-27) , as a member of the championship 4x400 meter relay team that finished with a time of 3:53.96, also earned a third-place finish in the 800 meters with a time of 2:11.97, and was a member of the third-place DMR team that crossed the line at 12:26.61. 

Outdoor: Started her outdoor season as a member of the first-place DMR team that finished with a time of 9:39.29 at the Charlotte 49er Classic (Mar.17-19), also earned a third-place finish in the 400 meters with a time of 57.70. Had a strong showing at the Tennessee Relays (Apr.7-9) in the 800 meters, finishing ninth with a time of 2:13.66, also was a leg of the 4x800 meter relay team that placed fourth with a time of 9:06.08. Earned a fourth-place finish in the 800 meters at the Catamount Classic with a time of 2:16.77, and was a member of the first-place 4x400 meter relay team that crossed the line at 3:50.47. Scored in two events for the Bucs at the Southern Conference Outdoor Championship (Apr.30-May 1), as a member of the championship 4x400 meter relay team that finished with a time of 3:48.68. Was conference runner-up in the 800 meters finishing with a time of 2:09.66. Set a personal best in her lone post-championship competition at Lee University Last Chance with a time of 2:06.91, earning a third-place finish.

2021 Track & Field: Made 10 appearances during the 2021 season...grabbed her first win of the season with a 2:18.89 finish in the 800m at the Buccaneer T&F Invitational (Feb. 5-6), grabbing fifth in the 400m and helping her 4x400m relay side to a third place finish...marked a seasonal best in the indoor season at the SoCon Indoor Track and Field Championships (Feb. 27-28), scoring a fourth place finish in the 800m with a time of 2:13.99 while running a leg in the second place 4x400m relay team and the third place distance medley relay team...set a PR in the 800m at the Tennessee Relays (April 8-10) with a finish of 2:10.32 to place seventh...followed with a third place finish in the 400m at the Catamount Classic (April 16-17) with a time of 56.91s...placed sixth in both the 800m (2:13.76) and the 4x100m relay (48.21s) at the Southern Conference Outdoor Championships (May 1-2)...just missed out on a spot to the NCAA East Prelims despite a first place finish in the 800m with a time of 2:10.81 at the Lee University Last Chance Invite (May 15)…named to the SoCon Honor Roll and the SoCon Indoor All-Academic Team.

2020 Track & Field*: Did not compete in the indoor season...member of the 2019-20 SoCon Honor Roll...recipient of the SoCon Commissioner’s Medal.

2019 Track & Field: Opened the 2019 season with a PR in the mile at the ETSU Track and Field Invitational (Jan. 11-12) with a time of 5:23.55…produced two top-three finishes in the 800m and the 4x400m at the Gamecock Inaugural (Jan. 18-19)…held the top mark at the VMI Team Challenge (Jan. 26) in the 800m with a time of 2:14.38…helped her 4x400m relay team finish first at the Buccaneer Track and Field Invitational (Feb. 1-2)…set a personal mark of 2:11.23 in the 800m at the Music City Challenge (Feb. 8-9)…scored in the Southern Conference Indoor Championships (Feb. 23-24) in the 800m with a fifth place finish…earned a spot on the SoCon Honor Roll…a SoCon Academic All-Conference selection.

2018 Track & Field: Competed in 10 meets as a true freshman — five indoor and five outdoor ... Broke a school record in her freshman season, contributing to the SoCon Outdoor Championship winning 4x400 team that took home the gold and shattered the 2009 ETSU record with a 3:45.67 time ... Scored in two individual conference events at both the SoCon Indoor and Outdoor Championships, placing sixth in the 800m final during indoor season and fourth in the 800m final during outdoor season ... The outdoor 800m final time of 2:13.17 is a personal best for Lord ... Finished fifth out of 90 in the women's 400m at the 49er classic — tops among all freshmen — with a personal best time of 56.38 ... Has been part of two DMR victories and two 4x400 victories ... Won her first individual event in just her second career meet, besting 11 other runners at the VMI Team Challenge in the 800m run ... Owns a combined seven top-five finishes so far in 400m and 800m events.

Prior to ETSU: Graduated from Morristown Hamblem High School West in Morristown, Tenn. as a four-year letterwinner for the cross country and track teams ... Won an indoor and outdoor state championship in the 800m event in 2017, while finishing sixth place in the 800m event at the TSSAA championships in 2016 ... Set the 200m, 400m and 800m school records at Morristown West, all in 2015, while making the New Balance Nationals in the 800m ... Contributed to back-to-back TSSAA Cross-Country State Championships in 2013 and 2014.
