2019 Cross Country: Named to the SoCon Honor Roll and Fall Academic Team ... Earned SoCon Commissioner's Medal ... Ran in four meets for the Bucs ... Set a personal best 6K time at the High Point Vertcross where she clocked in at 24:22 ... Helped guide ETSU to the team title at the Louisville Classic ... Ran in the SoCon Championship at Pine Oaks Golf Course. 

2018 Cross Country: Named to the SoCon Honor Roll and Fall Academic Teamm ...  Ran in three meets for the Bucs ... Set a personal best 5K time at the Louisville Classic where she finished in 19:41 ... Ran in the SoCon Championship and High Point Vertcross meets. 

Prior to ETSU: Multi-sport letterwinner at Morristown Hamblen West ... Lettered in cross country, track and field and basketball ... Helped guide Morristown West to back-to-back state cross country titles in 2013 and 2014 ... Set the school record in the 200m, 400m and 800m ... 2017 Indoor and Outdoor state champion  in the 800m ... Earned all-state honors after running a leg on the 4x800m relay which finished fifth overall ... Ran iin  the 800m at t he New Balance Nationals ... Placed sixth in the 800m at the 2016 state championship  and hred in the 4x800m relay (all-state honors).
