2022 Track and Field: Competed in four indoor meets and eight outdoor meets during the 2022 season, earning nine top-three finishes.

Indoor: Meet champion in two events at the 2022 Buccaneer Indoor Track and Field Invitational (Feb.3-5), with a time of 2:14.59 in the 800 meters, and a time of 4:57.00 in the Mile. Set a personal best in the Mile at the Music City Challenge with a time of 4:46.05 (Feb.11-12), finishing 12th. Scored in two events for the Bucs at the Southern Conference Indoor Track and Field Championship (Feb.26-27), becoming conference champion in the mile with a time of 4:51.72, and finishing fifth in the 800 meters with a time of 2:14.75.

Outdoor: Made her season debut at the Charlotte 49er Classic (Mar.17-19), finishing first in three events by crossing the line at 2:10.34 in the 800 meters, running 4:26.29 in the 1500 meters and as a member of the 4x800 meter team that ran a time of 9:39.29. Finished first in the 800 meters at the Catamount Classic (Apr.15-16) with a personal best time of 2:07.87. Scored in two events for the Bucs at the Southern Conference Outdoor Championships (Apr.30-May 1), placing third in the 1500 meters with a time of 4:22.72, and finishing fourth in the 800 meters with a time of 2:13.86. Set a personal best of 4:18.42  in the 1500 meters at Lee University Last Chance (May 14), finishing first. Finished her season at the NCAA East Preliminary Round with a 44th place finish in the 1500 meters, running a time of 4:29.58.

2021 Cross Country: Earned SoCon Commissioner's Medal ... Named to SoCon Fall All-Academic Team ... Member of the SoCon Honor Roll ... Earned second team all-SoCon honors ... Ran in five meets for the Bucs ... Finished 13th at the SoCon Championship (19:04.9) ... Placed sixth at Golden Eagle Invite (19:01.8) ... Set a personal best 5K time in season debut at Covered Bridge Open (18:22.8) ... Also, had a personal best 6K time at NCAA South Regional (21:54.1).

2021 Track & Field: Proved one of the busiest members of the Buccaneer team, competing in 12 meets on the season...placed third at the VMI Team Challenge (Jan. 23) before grabbing a second place finish in the mile at the Buccaneer T&F Invitational (Feb. 5-6)...produced a PR in the mile with a finish of 4:53.61 at the Music City Challenge (Feb. 12-13)...grabbed gold at the SoCon Indoor Track and Field Championships (Feb. 27-28) with a 5:01.46 mile time, also running a leg in the third place distance medley relay team...grabbed a win in her first outdoor event of the season, scoring a time of 4:41.41 in the 1500m at the Charlotte 49er Classic (March 19-20)...grabbed her second win of the outdoor season in the 800m, her time of 2:13.20 winning the event at the Catamount Classic (April 16-17) while also running a leg in the 4x400m relay team that finished second...bested her 1500m time on three occassions, including her PR set at the SoCon Outdoor Championships (May 1-2) that led to a fifth place finish.…named to the SoCon Honor Roll.

2020 Cross Country: Named to the SoCon Honor Roll ... Earned SoCon second team honors after placing 14th at the conference meeting (18:50) ... Ran in one of the two events for the Bucs as the season was reduced due to COVID. 

2019 Cross Country: Named to the SoCon Honor Roll ... Raced in five meets for the Blue & Gold ... Turned in a personal best 5K mark of 18:27 en route to a ninth-place finish (best collegiate placing) at the Louisville Classic where the ETSU team captured gold ... Placed 27th at the SoCon Championship at Pine Oaks Golf Course ... Ran in the NCAA South Regional. 

2018 Cross Country: Named to the SoCon Honor Roll ... Named to SoCon All-Freshman Team ... Raced in four meets during her rookie season ... Had a pair of top-25 finishes, including at the SoCon Championship where she finished 25th in 19:10 ... Also finished 25th in her collegiate debut at the Covered Bridge Open.
