Made ETSU debut at Covered Bridge Open ... Set personal best 5K time at North Alabama Showcase (20:08.7) ... Placed 32nd at Golden Eagle Invite (20:45.7) and 52nd at SoCon Championship (21:16.9).

Prior to ETSU: Lettered in both cross country and track and field at Mount Juliet High School ... Qualified for the 2015 state cross country championshp and the 400m in 2016 ... Was the Great Eight champion in the 800m in both 2017 and 2018 ... Two-time all-state selection in the 800m ... Ran a leg of the 4x800m relay team that placed in state in 2017 and 2018 ... Set the school record in the 400m and 800m, while being on  the 4x200m  and  4x800m relay teams that also set school records.
