Johnson City, Tenn. -- Led by senior Mimmie Dymling and junior Catalina Zuluaga, the East Tennessee State womens golf team finished seventh at the John Kirk/Lady Panther Intercollegiate at the Chateau Elan Golf Course in Braselton, Ga.
Dymling and Zuluaga both carded a three-round 238 and tied for 13th place. Also competing for the Bucs were freshmen Kristen Fletcher (83-78-79--240/T-19th); Lauren Rice (88-94-92--264/39th) and Amanda Ovington (90-88-89--267/T-40th).
The Bucs carded a three-round 974 (334-323-317) in the two-day event. Princeton University won the Intercollegiate with a 928 (313-300-315) -- followed by Charleston Southern (321-313-305--939) and Southern Mississippi (322-314-313--949), coached by former ETSU head coach Julie Gallup.
Marylands Katie Redeker won the event with a nine-over-par 225 (79-74-72). Southern Missippis Ofelia Lopez finished second, one stroke behind Redeker.
