The second place showing represents the Bucs best team performance so far this season.
"I'm extremely pleased with the way our ladies played today and the way we contended throughout this tournament," said ETSU head coach Stefanie Reynolds Shelton. "This shows the potential we have and is a big improvement over our earlier tournaments so far this season. I think our entire team is really motivated to get back out there and continue to play at this high level."
Individually, Gould ended the event with ETSU's best effort, finishing sixth on the leaderboard at 5-over 149, seven strokes back of individual champion Patty Chawalitmetha from UC Irvine. Along with Gould, the Bucs placed two more players in the Top 11, as sophomore Sinead O'Sullivan posted a 76 on the day to finish tied for seventh at 150, while senior Maria Ringdahl (Oland, Sweden) matched Gould's team best 74 on Tuesday to jump into a tie for 11th.
