Crafton leads the Bucs in opening round of TCU’s Battle at the Beach 

CABO SAN LUCAS, Mexico (Oct. 28, 2022) – The ETSU women’s golf team began play at The Battle at the Beach on Friday with a score 16-over-par 300 and currently sit in 14th place.

Ole Miss leads the team competition with a 2-under-par 282. Andrea Lignell of Ole Miss sits atop the individual leaderboard with a 5-under-par 66.

Alex Crafton (Lake Mary, Fla.) led the Bucs in the opening round with a 2-over-par 73 and currently sits in a tie for 25th place out of 90 competitors. Right behind Crafton was teammate Hollie Muse (Liverpool, England) with a 3-over-par 74.

ETSU will tee off tomorrow in an 8:00 a.m. shotgun start and will be paired with Mississippi State, Missouri, and Rutgers.
