Muse leads Bucs after two rounds

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (March 18, 2023) – The ETSU women’s golf team finished second round play at the Florida State Match Up on Saturday at the Legacy Golf Club.

The Bucs are tied for eighth place with Notre Dame at 45-over-par 621. ETSU shot a second round score of 22-over-par 310. No. 12 ranked Florida State remains in first place at 4-under-par 572 (287-285). 

Hollie Muse (Liverpool, England) leads the Bucs with a score of 153 after shooting a second round 76. She is tied for 30th in the field. Sophie Bert (Deurle, Belgium) and Grace Chin (Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia) are tied for 44th after shooting a second round 76 to bring their two-day total to 157. 

Lottie Woad of Florida State and Jensen Castle of Kentucky are tied for first-place at 7-under-par 137. 

ETSU will be grouped with Notre Dame and Oklahoma in Sunday’s final round.
