HARROGATE, Tenn. (Feb. 19, 2019) – After two losses last week, the ETSU women’s tennis team is looking to bounce back, as they shift their attention to Lincoln Memorial. The Bucs will play on the road at the LMU Tennis Complex and the match will begin at 4:00 p.m.
ETSU played at Lincoln Memorial last season and won 7-0. The Bucs are currently 4-4 and have a 2-4 record on the road. Andrea Pascual-Larrinaga (Basauri, Spain) and Raquel Amaro (Caracas, Venezuela) each have a 6-2 record in singles. As a team, ETSU holds a 24-19 record in singles and a 7-12 record in doubles.
Lincoln Memorial is currently 5-1 and have a 5-0 record at home. LMU has swept their last two opponents. As a team, LMU is 29-13 in singles and 17-3 in doubles. In singles, Julia Loos has a 7-1 record, while Julia Valls is 6-3. Both Loos and Valls combine in doubles action and are 6-0.
