Women’s Tennis to Finish Fall Competition at Florida State

Tallahassee, Fla. (Nov. 7, 2019) — The ETSU women’s tennis team heads down to Florida this weekend to compete in their final fall tournament of 2019, the Seminole All-Conference Showdown.

Last weekend, the Bucs traveled to Alabama where all five members picked up wins in their respective draws. Alejandra Morales (Santiago, Chile), Raquel Amaro (Caracas, Venezuela), Andrea Pascual-Larrinaga (Basauri, Spain), Laylo Bakhodirova (Tashkent, Uzbekistan) and Yunuen Elizarraras (Cuernavaca, Mexico) will take the court for ETSU.

ETSU will be one of 17 teams at the tournament. In addition to the host Florida Southern, ETSU will join Tulane, Wisconsin, Troy, UCF, MTSU, McNeese State, UNF, Clemson, Southern Miss, USF, Auburn, Arkansas, South Carolina, Iowa State and Southern Conference foe, Furman.
