KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (April 8, 2022) – ETSU’s Evan Guzman (Franklin, Tenn.) may not have been the fastest Buccaneer in the 1500m on Friday night, but he still captured a gold medal in the event at the Tennessee Relays from the Tom Black Track inside LaPorte Stadium.

Bradtmueller, who won SoCon Athlete of the Month earlier on Friday, turned in a personal best as he finished fifth with a time of 3:47.42, while Scarr was right behind in sixth (3:48.16).

On the women’s side, Genevieve Schwarz (Oak Ridge, Tenn.) ran in the “Power Hour” in the 1500m and just missed a PR with a time of 4:26.62.
