2022 Track and Field:

Competed in four outdoor meets during the 2022 season.

Indoor: Did not compete.

Outdoor: Made her season debut with a personal best performance of 11:05.70 in the 3000 meters at the Charlotte 49ers Classic. (Mar 17-19.) Set another personal best in the 5000 meters at the Catamount Clasisc (Apr.15-16)

2021 Track & Field: Made three appearances in the outdoor season...debuted in the 1500m at the Charlotte 49er Classic (March 19-20)...placed 14th in her only appearance in the 5000m with a time of 18:54.53 at the High Point Vertklasse Meeting (April 1-2)...bettered her time in the 1500m with a finish of 5:07.59 at the Catamount Classic (April 16-17)...named to the SoCon Honor Roll.

2020 Cross Country: Named to the SoCon Honor Roll ... Ran in one of the two events for the Bucs as the season was reduced due to COVID ... Made ETSU debut at the SoCon Championships where she clocked in at 22:00. 

Prior to ETSU: Lettered in cross country and track and field at Franklin High School ... Ran a leg of the school-record 4x800m relay ...  Three-time Most Valuable Runner in both cross country and track ... Three-year team captain (track) and two-year captain (cross country) ...  Made it to state four straight years in cross country and made it to state in the 4x800m relay as a junior. 

Personal: Daughter of Sean and Lesley Foote ... Born March 13, 2002  ... Majoring in History.
